Vitamin D is mainly produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun and partly obtained from the diet. However, sun exposure is often lacking and this vitamin occurrence in food is especially insufficient.

Vitamin D has several important functions and perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorous, and facilitating normal immune system function. Ingredients: olive oil, gelatin (beef), water, humectant: glycerin and colecalciferol.

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule every two days with a meal.
