Fructose, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Mannitol, Natural Peppermint Flavor, Sorbitol and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Suggested usage
Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew lozenge or hold in mouth until dissolved and swallow.
