Ingredients: Fructose, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Mannitol, Natural Peppermint Flavor, Sorbitol and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended use: Take 1 lozenge at bedtime. It can be chewed or allowed to dissolve gradually in the mouth.
