Ingredients: calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium ascorbate, magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium ascorbate, anti-caking agents: cellulose; L-ascorbic acid, magnesium L-ascorbate and calcium L-ascorbate, glazing agent - shellac; anti-caking agents: stearic acid (vegetable source), cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose; choline bitartrate, nicotinamide, D-biotin, calcium D-pantothenate, inositol, thiamine hydrochloride, para-aminobenzoic acid, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, pteroyl monoglutamic acid, anti-fatty acid, anti-fatty acid.
Recommended use: Take 2 tablets a day with food. Can be used in divided doses.
