Suggested usage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
1 spray (0,2 ml) under tongue.
METHOD OF USE
Spray directly into your mouth, under your tongue. We recommend taking around 30 minutes before sleep. Shake well before every use.
On first application you need to press 3-4 times to activate the pump.
